If you are not happy with any of our products for any reason, simply return it within 10 working days in the same condition you received it in we will refund your purchase or you may prefer to exchange the item. Refunds will be made less postage/courier charges.
Please include your name, address and other contact details and details of exchange or refund required. In the instance where a product is damaged or faulty we will also refund postage costs incurred in returning items to us. Please contact us first before sending the item back.
If after making a purchase online you change your mind - email us as soon as possible with the changes you'd like to make. You may cancel your order or make ammendments for up to 3 hours after your order was submitted (and possibly longer); the sooner you contact us the easier it is for us to make the changes you need.
2. Pricing and Product information
We make every effort to provide accurate product information. From time to time we need to change the description or price of products in our shop. However, we guarantee to ship the book at the price advertised when you ordered. In some cases, for reasons beyond our control, e.g. reprinting or change of publisher, the cover design on the book you receive may not be the same as the design showing on our web site.
All catalogue prices are in United States Dollars (USD).
3. Delivery Packaging

All orders are sent in standard courier bags or plain packaging with no distinguishing TS Bookshop trademarks.

Expect to receive items within 5-10 working days. We will contact you by email to let you know expected time of delivery. In the event of an order not arriving within the expected time frame please advise us.
If delivery time is important please contact us for information on availability and an estimate of delivery.
4. Freight Rates
Freight is calculated per item. There is no additional charge other than for the individual items. Freight charges are as follows:

5. Back Orders and Product Availability
From time to time due to circumstances beyond our control, an item may be temporarily or permanently unavailable. You will be notified of any delays and given the option to obtain a refund for the item where delivery time is longer than advertised. Other items will be sent in advance and no additional postage will be charged as a consequence of a split delivery. We will communicate with you.
6. Billing & Payment Options
ONLINE TRANSFER OR DIRECT BANK DEPOSIT (for NZ customers only).
Orders will be sent when the deposit shows on our bank statement. Please use your order number & name as reference when making a bank deposit and email us to let us know when you've made the transfer.

We are committed to honest and fair business practice and support relevant New Zealand legislation - you are protected by The Fair Trading Act 1986, The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and The Privacy Act 1993.
The Sexy Bookstore is an adult only shop. By ordering any products from our shop, you acknowledge that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are ordering from outside New Zealand it is solely your responsibility to adhere to the legal requirements of the jurisdiction in which you live.
