Do you have a returns policy?
Yes. It's important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase which is why we offer a full money back guarantee if you are not happy with any of our products for any reason. Simply return the item within 10 days in the same condition you received it in and we will refund the purchase price or you may exchange the item for something different.
Are there any trademarks or distinguishing features on your deliveries?
No.All orders are sent in standard courier bags or plain cardboard packaging with no distinguishing Sexy Bookstore trademarks. Your invoice will be inside the parcel.
What do you charge for postage?
Freight is calculated per item. There is no overall per shipment charge. Freight charges are as follows:

You can pay by cheque (NZ residents only) or direct transfer into our bank account (02 0704 0079212 83).
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery. On the odd occasion where a book is temporarily out of stock your order may take 3-6 weeks - we will confirm delivery times when we have recieved your order.
